Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

  • Corebotics provides turnkey lab solutions (infrastructure, hardware procurement, and installation) and educational software courses. All project specifications, including hardware models and course curriculums, will be finalized via a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Quotation.

 

​​2. Payment Terms

  • Lab Infrastructure: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments follow a 50-40-10 structure: 50% advance upon work order, 40% upon delivery of hardware, and 10% post-installation and testing.

  • Software Courses: Fees for certification courses must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a subscription or installment plan is specified.

  • Taxes: All quoted prices are exclusive of GST (18%) or other applicable government levies unless

  • stated otherwise.

 

3. Delivery and Installation

  • Timelines: Standard lab installation typically requires 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the advance payment. Corebotics is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping or site unreadiness (electrical/civil work not handled by us).

  • Site Access: The client must provide necessary access to the premises for installation and maintenance teams during standard business hours.

 

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Course Content: All software modules, course materials, and training manuals provided by Corebotics are the intellectual property of Corebotics. These are licensed to the user/institution for educational purposes only and may not be reproduced or resold.

  • Hardware Design: Custom lab layouts and branding developed by Corebotics remain our proprietary design until the final payment is cleared.

5. Warranty and MaintenanceHardware:

  • All hardware (3D printers, PCs, etc.) is covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Corebotics provides a 1-year service warranty on the installation itself.

  • Annual Maintenance (AMC): Post-warranty, institutions may opt for an AMC to ensure continued support and software updates.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Corebotics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our labs or software. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

 

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders for customized hardware or infrastructure cannot be cancelled once procurement has begun.

  • Refunds for software courses are subject to our "Early Exit" policy, provided the request is made within 7 days of enrollment and no certification has been issued.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
